How long are the gift vouchers valid for?

Vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase, in which time the participant must undertake the experience.

Do I need a driving licence?

With the exception of the Junior Drive Experiences, all participants must hold a full, valid driving licence with no serious convictions. You must also be able to drive a manual transmission.

What happens if I damage a vehicle?

You are liable for the first £5000 of any damage you cause which is beyond the normal wear and tear to the vehicle. There is an option to purchase Vehicle Damage Waiver which will protect you against this, however, if the damage is a direct result of your reckless, negligent or deliberate action then you will remain liable for this £5000, regardless of whether you have Vehicle Damage Waiver or not.

What happens if there is bad weather?

The weather should not affect any of the driving days, but if extreme weather persists (e.g. snow, fog or ice) the day may have to be cancelled for your own safety. If we cancel the event you will be given as much notice as possible and will be offered another date.

Can my friends and family come along to watch?

Yes, spectators are welcome, although there is a strict ’No Pets Allowed’ rule at all of our venues. There are some on-site catering facilities at our venues, or if you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own refreshments.

Can my friends and family spectating also take part?

On the day we may have additional drives available for purchase, please check when signing on. They will be required to show their driving licence, so ensure that they bring this with them.

Are there any restrictions?

Drivers shorter than 4’10 or taller than 6’6 and/or weighing more than 20 stone may have difficulty being accommodated.

What should I wear?

We recommend you wear comfortable clothing suitable for the time of year with thin-soled shoes for driving. All safety equipment is provided.

Do I need to wear a helmet?

Helmets are required to be worn in all cars at our Brands Hatch, Oulton Park, Snetterton and Goodwood events. They are not required to be worn at our other venues unless you are driving or a passenger in the Ariel Atom as it has no windscreen. They will be provided for you on the day.

Can I drive the cars on my own?

We do not allow you to drive the cars on your own. You will always be accompanied by a professional instructor who is there to guide you through getting the most enjoyment out of the car and the track

Can I use my own GoPro?

You are welcome to bring your own camera or GoPro to our events, however due to our safety requirements, you will not be allowed to use these when you are inside any of vehicles, nor can you mount a GoPro to the vehicle.

Will I enjoy myself?

Yes, absolutely, completely, utterly. This will be one of the best days or your life – a genuine experience of a lifetime. What are you waiting for?

Will food and refreshments be available at the venue?

Food and refreshments are available on site at each of our venues. Please note that some venues are unable to take card payments. The food and refreshments will vary at each venue but will typically include hot and cold drinks as well as hot food

Free Exchanges Info

Not sure which experience you’d prefer? No need to worry! Almost all of our experiences are exchangeable* for free. You can exchange your voucher as many times as you like at no cost to you. If as your event falls due, you are unlucky to test positive for covid, then please be aware that the following options are available to you;

Option 1 – If the driver or ( guardian ) tests positive via a lateral flow test prior to the day of their event, then they will regrettably not be allowed to participate in the experience out of consideration for all customers and team members. While it is not mandatory to have a PCR test,  a free of charge event reschedule can only be provided if a supporting PCR result is provided. Once received the team will then contact you about rebooking your event.

Option 2 – Alternatively if you do not have, nor wish to obtain, a PCR test, (which is completely your choice)  then this will be classed as a no show and an automatic email will be sent providing you with the opportunity to reschedule your event day at a heavily discounted rate for the same experience ( Prices taken from the Everyman Racing website ) All extras that you may have paid for prior will be then transferred to your next event at no cost.

Option 3 – We can offer you a change of driver for £15

It is unfortunate, and Everyman Driving deeply regrets, that it is not possible to just take a participant’s word for not being able to attend.

60-Day* Refund Policy Info

We’re happy to refund unused experience vouchers within 60 days* of purchase, meaning you have plenty of time to change your mind. If it’s been more than 60 days since you placed your order, you can exchange your voucher for another experience up to the value of your current voucher.
