What is a corporate track day experience?

A corporate track day is an event where companies invite employees, clients, or partners to experience driving high-performance cars or participating in driving experiences on a dedicated track. These thrilling events are designed to foster team building, recognize achievements, and provide an unforgettable experience.

Do participants need a UK driving licence?

While prior supercar driving experience is not required, you must present a physical copy of your driving license during the registration process. This applies to both UK and international guests. However, certain experiences do not require a valid driving license. Our Provisional License Experiences allow participants to drive supercars like the Audi V10+, Lamborghini Gallardo, or Nissan GTR under the guidance of expert instructors. For those without a provisional license, we offer high-speed passenger rides in thrilling vehicles such as the Ariel Atom and a variety of BMW models.

What happens if one of the participants damages a vehicle?

If a participant causes damage to a vehicle beyond normal wear and tear, they are responsible for the first £5,000 of repair costs. However, if a Vehicle Damage Waiver is included as part of your corporate booking, this liability may be covered. Please confirm whether the waiver is included in your package. It is important to note that if the damage results from reckless, negligent, or deliberate actions, you will still be liable for the £5,000, regardless of the Vehicle Damage Waiver. This policy applies to all vehicles.

What happens if there is bad weather?

The weather should not affect any of the driving days, but if extreme weather persists (e.g. snow, fog or ice) the day may have to be cancelled for your group's safety. If an event must be cancelled, you will be given as much notice as possible. The terms and conditions of cancellation will be outlined in your purchase agreement.

What is the difference between a track day and a driving experience?

A driving experience is similar to a track day, but during a driving experience the vehicles are provided for you. With an instructor in the passenger seat, you will receive tailored guidance and tips as you drive.

Everyman Driving Experiences offers an extensive selection of vehicles to choose from, including supercars, movie cars, Ariel Atoms, and classic cars such as the Ac Cobra, Aston Martin DB5 and Jaguar E-Type. Making it a unique opportunity to experience rare and high-performance models. Many choose our driving experience for the chance to get behind the wheel of exclusive supercars, from the Porsche GT3-RS to the Nissan Skyline. This experience is perfect for anyone looking to drive exceptional vehicles that are not readily accessible elsewhere, making it a dream experience for car enthusiasts of all levels. Whether you want to explore the thrill of driving high-performance supercars or try something completely different, we have the perfect driving experience waiting for your group.

Why choose a corporate driving experience for your event?

A corporate driving experience offers an unforgettable opportunity for reward and recognition, making it the perfect way to engage employees or entertain clients. Whether it's for an exclusive driving day featuring Ferrari and Lamborghini supercars or a thrilling track day on a professional circuit, these events create lasting memories. They’re ideal for team-building, linking to conferences and exhibitions, or simply celebrating a company milestone. Participants bond over the thrill of high-performance vehicles and luxury hospitality, making every moment extraordinary. Additionally, many of our locations are available for exclusive venue hire, allowing you to create the ideal environment for your corporate event.

Are there any restrictions for participating in a driving experience?

Adults should be between 150 and 190 cm tall and weigh less than 20 stone as individuals shorter than 148 cm (4 ft 10 in) or taller than 195 cm (approximately 6 ft 4 in), as well as those weighing more than 20 stone, may encounter difficulties with seating accommodations. Please note that all MSV tracks are restricted to individuals aged 16 and over.

What should I wear for a driving experience?

To ensure the best driving experience, we recommend wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and thin-soled shoes, which will help you maintain excellent pedal control and allow easy movement while driving. All required safety gear will be provided at the venue, so you can focus on enjoying high-performance vehicles such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, or engaging in exciting 4×4 adventures. Since our events are held outdoors, we also suggest checking the weather forecast for your scheduled event date in advance to be well-prepared.

Do I need to wear a helmet during the driving experience?

Helmets are required to be worn in all cars at our Brands Hatch, Oulton Park, Snetterton and Goodwood events. They are not required to be worn at our other venues unless you are driving or a passenger in the Ariel Atom as it has no windscreen. They will be provided for you on the day.

Can I drive the cars on the track on my own?

Participants will have the opportunity to drive vehicles such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Aston Martin, but will always be accompanied by an experienced instructor for guidance, ensuring safety and maximizing enjoyment during the track day.

How fast can I drive the supercars on the track?

While you will be driving fast, our experienced instructors will ensure you maintain a safe speed, prioritising your safety and that of others on the track.
